This hike will start at Bessie Butte trailhead before sunset. We will hike up the butte and settle in for a Sunset Flow practice. Expect to surrender to the twilight, for a soothing transition into your evening. The 1.5 mile hike starts with a 45 minute climb up the Butte which is moderately strenuous. We will then flow to the sunset and enjoy some time on the Butte before we head on down. Mat rental is included with the price of the hike. No yoga experience necessary!
