Preparing for Central Oregon Weather

Our local weather can be spontaneous. We have included some tips to make your day comfy and cozy in the outdoors.

  • Check the weather prior to your scheduled experience and dress accordingly

  • Dress in comfy clothes that you can move in

  • Playing in the woods can be messy, dress in clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty

Forest Baths

required: water, shoes with sturdy soles (hiking shoes or sturdy gym shoes are fine), Medications you may require, such as an epipen if allergic to bees.

Dress: Dress warmer than you would for a hike outdoors. This experience involves little movement. Layers are always helpful.

Yoga Hikes

Yoga mat rental is included in the program fee, but you are more than welcome to bring your own mat.
If you decide to bring your own mat it will get dirty and sappy.

required: water, shoes with sturdy soles (hiking shoes or sturdy gym shoes are fine), Medications you may require, such as an epipen if allergic to bees

Optional: yoga towels, blanket, camera (cell phone cameras are Ok). We will ask that you keep your cell phones off and away for most of the event. We will offer a “Photo Shoot” opportunity to capture memories of your experience.

Dress: Dress in comfy clothes that you can hike in and also spend time on your mat! We will be moving our bodies during this hike! Recommended stretch, yoga or athletic pants, and shirt that hugs.

Outdoor Yoga Classes

required: yoga mat, water.

Optional: yoga towel, blanket and eye cover for savasana.
