1/2 Day Retreat @ Cultus Lake

Forest bathing, yoga on a secluded beach, and community connections, and a tea ceremony with snacks provided. This 3.5 hour experience has everything you need to settle in and awaken towards your truest self. We will start with a guided forest immersion meditation, followed by a calming forest bath along the beautiful Winopee Lake Trailhead. This sensory experience will guide you developing your relationship with this land we call home. We will settle onto a secluded beach for an all levels yoga practice, followed by a guided sit spot and journaling. This experience culminates with a Forest Tea ceremony and a gentle walk back into the human world. Yoga mat rentals, journals and pens, and tea and snacks are provided. Bring yourself, perhaps friends, water, comfy clothes, and anything else you may need. Suncreen and insect repellant are recommended.
