This inclusive all-levels practice invites everyone, from first-time yogis to seasoned practitioners, to experience the harmonious blend of movement, breath, and sound. Come as you are, and leave feeling rejuvenated and empowered! Bring a towel, blanket, or mat to practice on and water. The $40 price includes your $20 Elk Lake Resort parking fee. Have your ticket accessible to show when entering the resort parking lot.
