Give the gift of nature connection! A forest bathing experience guides clients in slowing down and experiencing the forest through sensory guided practices. These practices have been shown to lower heartrate, boost immunity, and relieve depression and anxiety. Clients report feeling calm, grounded, and more connected with the natural world as well as others around them.
Forest Bathing Experience Gift Card
Forest bathing practices include a forest immersion meditation, followed by guided sensory practices, ending with a foerst tea ceremony. Guides are certified in Forest and Nature Therapy through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. These practices are offered on most Saturdays throughout the year, with additional days added during summer months. This experience is 2 hours in length and location is at beautiful Shevlin Park. Gift cards have no expiration date.
