Yoga Hike Experience Gift Card

Practice starts with a forest immersion meditation followed by guided forest bathing invitations, and nature journaling. Yoga practice is sprinkled within the hike in addition to a  30-45 mintute forest vinyasa class. All guides are Yoga Alliance certified instructors. These hikes are offered seasonally, monthly in the fall and spring as long as weather permits, with days added on in the summer months. Yoga Hikes are 2.5-3.5 hours in legnth. Mat rentals are provided and a lightweight r'oming yoga Nature Journal is included with this booking as a gift from us!
