This forest bath will start with a deep heart opening practice, followed by an opening of the senses to drop you into a space to receive all that the land has to offer. You will be guided in the practice of slowing down and deep listening to the beings of the Earth. Invitations of the land will be shared as well as sacred circles in which we listen, share, and connect. Integrate back into the tamed world as we share tea and stories with each other and honor the land that guided us.
