By checking the box at booking, I hereby agree to the following...

1. That I am participating in a Yoga Class, Workshop, Yoga Hike, Forest Therapy Session, or Private Yoga Session, offered by r'oming yoga LLC during  which I will receive information / instruction about Yoga, and/or Forest bathing, meditation practices. I recognize that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be  strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and/or hazards involved. 

 

2. I acknowledge that outdoor activities in natural areas entail known and unanticipated risks that could result in injury. While my guide will provide me with information about the area, I understand that it is up to me to be aware of my surroundings and that I am responsible for my own safety. 

 

3. I agree and promise to accept responsibility for my own safety and well-being during this activity. I understand that I may at any time opt to not participate in any part of the activity should I feel that it is not safe, or simply that I do not want to participate for any reason.

 

4. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class, Workshop, Yoga Hike or Private Yoga session. I certify that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would  prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class, Workshop, Yoga Hike, Forest Bath or Private Yoga session. 

 

5. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in any yoga program at r'oming yoga, including outdoor yoga activities.

 

6. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against  r'oming yoga, its instructors and staff, and its owners, for any injury, death or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Yoga Class, Workshop, Yoga Hike, Forest Bath, or Private Yoga session; including loss that may be caused by the negligence of the released party. 

 

7. I release and discharge r'oming yoga, its directors, owners, staff and its instructors from any and all liability, claim, demand or  action that I may have related to the loss, theft or damage of any of my personal property while participating in a Yoga Class,  Workshop, Yoga Hike, Forest Bath, or Private Yoga Session, offered by r'oming yoga LLC.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE:

I give my consent for images (photographs, video) of myself to be taken and used to document the activities of r'oming yoga LLC.  I grant r'oming yoga permission to use the images for educational and promotional purposes.  I understand that if I do not want images of myself to be used, I will indicate this in writing and the signed letter will be attached to this document.

 

9. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts. 

 

10. I have read and agree to r’oming yoga’s cancellation policy.
